Holiday Boxes at Blue Sea Puerto Caleta
It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a place like this.
Small, clean apartments with aging furniture and a dark cool feel are jammed together in a maze of stairs and walkways surrounding two bars and a pool.
Some reviews said that rooms were loud, and I can imagine it would be if you we’re placed by one of the bars. We requested a quiet room and ended up by the reception: which was also the only point to access the wifi.
Our room came with a kitchenette that was well-stocked. We didn’t notice the lack of a kettle, but I overheard other guests complaining about the extra weekly rental charge for one. There are a few added costs like that, but the basics are done well and at a cheap nightly rate.
I realized that I’m not one for the cheap package resort lifestyle, but this is a fair budget option if you find yourself on this part of Fuerteventura.
